leg day - 3 months ago i started out with 8lb dumbbells. Consistency with gym, strength training, creatine, and healthier eating habits have all helped me come a long way.

these ankle straps for the cable machine are so handy. I got mine on Amazon - they have just about every color.

the best scent- hands down!!

I love just about all of the downy unstopable scents but this is definitely my favorite. If you love good smelling laundry that last this is the one ☝️
