Couldn’t live without my gel pads (keep in fridge for cool sensation) & nipple cream. But this time I used the Sliverettes and wow I kid you not my nipples healed so much faster! Remember sore nipples while nursing in the beginning is normal. But I’d it’s been a few weeks and still having problems I would contact an LC to be sure your baby is latched good enough!
