I shared about our red light protocol for the baby recently and wanted to post it here too!

The littlest caught a really bad cold at the end of the holiday and this was how we supported her immune system.

1️⃣ 15 minute bath with eucalyptus salts.
2️⃣ 5 minutes under the red lights.
3️⃣ Honey for her cough
4️⃣ A humidifier in the bedroom.
5️⃣ The next morning, we did a magnesium bath to help keep her calm and rest throughout the day.

She ran a really high fever one night so I slept with her skin to skin to help regulate her body temp.

I absolutely believe there is a place for modern medicine but we were able to make it through without. Also, this isn’t medical advice, just learning as we go! Check with your physician if you have any concerns or questions.
