Today’s “Goodness Grazes” platter consists of a variety of cheeses, Korean scallion pancakes, an assortment of dips, crackers and some fresh fruits and vegetables.
I shared a blog post today on some tips to help your kids eat more veggies. One of those tips is including some delicious dips or dressings. My kids love cookie butter with celery and apples and ranch dressing with mini peppers and carrots. Korean gochujang is the perfect spicy sauce for cucumbers.
What would you eat first from this board? My dairy intolerance didn’t stop me from digging into the brie with hot pepper jelly! 😋 Yum!
