Somewhere along my weight loss journey, I slipped back into hiding. It’s wild how that happens… how even the “good” attention can make you hyper-aware, how people’s unsolicited (and sometimes angry) opinions about your changing body can make you start picking yourself apart all over again.

Confidence doesn’t magically appear when the number changes. You have to choose it. Every. Single. Day. Sometimes that looks like wearing the thing that still scares you and reminding yourself you deserve to take up space in it.

I love this deodorant spray. I like to shower at night, and will apply traditional (aka not natural lol) deodorant when I get out. But I love spritzing this on in the am.
