these flowy athletic crossover shorts were my favorite summer staple last year and I recently bought 2 more colors (so now I have 6 pairs 🙈: light pink, pink, navy, light blue, black, & charcoal). they’ve got built in bike shorts under the flowy layer and a pocket on the right hip.

if you’re a recovering tanning bed enthusiast, I’ve got a new product to share!

I’m a self tanner snob and I have to say that this Glow foam and Glow mist really hit the spot for a serotonin boost in these cooler and less vitamin D months.

spent Sunday morning solo: recording content, popping into work for a bit, and enjoying coffee and a book at starbs.

if goose is going to be away for a conference for most of the week, this is the perfect way to mentally prepare for the solo parenting adventure. and if I can I get him to do this again next weekend for a reward for surviving, I’ll def renew his contract early 😉

whiter teeth in a week? YES PLEASE!

no sensitivity issues. no elaborate routines. just a simple 10 minute step added into my nightly self care for 7 days!

beyond impressed with how white my teeth got in just a week and I’m going to do it again in a few weeks!

as soon as the boys were in bed each night, I popped my whitening gel into my mouthpiece (that attaches to the light) and pressed the button to count down the 10 minutes while sat on the couch and either read or watched a show. as soon as the timer beeps, the light goes off, and I rinsed my mouth and the mouthpiece to use the following night!

we love a self care moment that is quick and easy with actual results!
