These jeans are more fitted in the waist and hips and looser in the leg.

2) wedgie straight jeans - wear my regular size 26 and fit true to size - these have some stretch to them.

3) 725 High rise boot cut in light wash- these have stretch and also come in other colors - wearing my true to size 26.

4) Levi’s rib cage wide leg denim (color polar perimeter) - I wear the 26 x 30 (comes in other lengths and colors as well) These jeans are more fitted in the waist and hips and looser in the leg.

White tee - I sized up to a medium for a looser fit but does fit true to size

CELEBRATE EVERY DAY

“The more you praise and celebrate your life, the more there is in life to celebrate.” — Oprah Winfrey

I learned one of life’s hard lessons at a young age: the loss of a parent.

But another important lesson I learned along the way was to celebrate every day. My mom made sure my siblings and I focused on gratitude and what and who we still had in our life despite the devastating loss of our Dad.

And one way she showed us how to do that was with a celebration plate similar to this one. Growing up, that plate would appear at your place on the kitchen table on your birthday, for an award you received in school, or any other important milestone or special occasion.

Even as grown adults the plate still appeared for graduations, engagements and wedding anniversaries.

The tradition started many years ago became even more special as the years have passed, with my own family and I carrying on the same tradition with this special plate.

It’s another reminder that while life is short and difficulty and loss is inevitable, life still has many sweet and beautiful moments to be celebrated and cherished.

This plate makes a great holiday gift or is perfect for all your holiday entertaining!
