Deadly cold calls for cozy sweaters — and here’s the part most women were never taught:
they are not meant to be tailored, fitted, or body-skimming.

It was -27°F here in Northern Michigan yesterday, and nothing about a cozy sweater is designed to “fix” a body. Its job is warmth and ease.
Style comes from how I wear it — not how tightly it hugs me.

European women understand this instinctively.

✈️ How NOT to Gain Travel Weight in Menopause — Tip 1

🌿 I didn’t start with restriction. 🌿 I started with support.

➕ The biggest shift I made wasn’t what I cut out — ➕ it was what I added before my two biggest meals of the day.

🥬 Before meals, I drank a greens drink — not after.

💡 Why this mattered (especially in midlife):
