It’s tart, sweet, fizzy, and the perfect way to unwind. Welcome back to day 4 of 5 days of @drinkhiyo mocktails! Muddle strawberries and lime juice together and strain into a shaker. Holiday Mocktails continue with my Apple Cranberry Ginger Splash!

I know the name is quite the mouthful, but OH MY GOSH it’s so good! It has all the holiday spice and can we talk about the color for a minute! 😍✨

Ingredients (serves 1)
• 2 oz cranberry simple syrup
• 1 oz apple cider
• 1/2 lime - juiced
• 1 can Q Mixers ginger beer
• Garnish: fresh mint, cranberries, apple slices

Batch (serves 6-8)
• 1 ¾ cups cranberry simple syrup
• 1 cup apple cider
• 1/2 cup lime juice (juice of 3–4 limes)
• 7 cups ginger beer

Add ice, cranberry simple syrup, apple cider, lime juice, and ginger beer to a copper mug or glass of choice. Mix and garnish with fresh mint, apples, and cranberries.

This mocktail is so versatile too! I went with apple because it feels so cozy and classic for fall, but you could switch things up with pumpkin, cranberry, or blackberry.

Here’s my super easy Fourth of July inspired mocktail! Just a couple ingredients and it’s so so refreshing!

Ingredients (serves two)
• 12-15 raspberries
• 1 lime - half juiced in each glass
• sparkling water (I used one with lime)
• 12-15 blueberries

Add raspberries and lime juice to the bottom of your glass. Muddle. Add ice to the top. Then top with your sparkling water of choice slowly! Add blueberries on top for the red, white and blue look! Enjoy!

Looking for a super simple and totally festive mocktail to sip on while you watch the fireworks? Say hello to the Blueberry Mule!

Ingredients
• 6-7 blueberries
• 1/2 lime - juiced
• 8 oz ginger beer

Add blueberries to your copper mug and 1/2 of a lime, juiced. Muddle together. Add ice and top with ginger beer!

Coconut peach mocktail 🍑🥥

Always lots of love for coconut drinks! Here’s the next one with alllll the peaches in season right now.

Add peaches & lime juice to a glass and muddle together. Strain into a shaker and add coconut cream, coconut water and ice. Then rim your glass with coconut cream and coconut flakes. Pour over ice and enjoy!

• half a peach - cubed
• half a lime - juiced

Watermelon Mint Mocktail! 🍉

This is the first of MANY watermelon mocktails for summer! To kick it off I made a coconut water based mocktail. So no bubbles for the girlies who don’t like or can’t have it! (You can totally top with bubbles though!)

This is perfect if you buy lots of watermelon and want to do something different with it! Perfect for muddling to get all that fresh flavor! Plus I used fresh mint from my garden.
