my go to matcha recipe!! - bloom your whisk in hot water for at least 5 mins - sift 3g matcha into your bowl - add raw honey + TJs bourbon vanilla paste to taste (I use 3-4g each) - pour 2 fl oz of hot (NOT BOILING, 165-170°F) water over your matcha - mix in circles a few times first, then whisk in W/M motion for 30-40 seconds - pour over ice and your milk of choice 🤍 LTKSaleAlert LTKHome
