Affiliate link I love @soupercubes Freeze. Then run under water a little bit and push out the cubes to store in a bag. They have different sizes (picture is 1 cup) it's nice because you can defrost individual size servings and it doesn't take as long to heat up. I use these the most for soups, broths and sauces. I like to make bone broth out of rotisserie chicken and veggie broth from scraps. By saving $5 on broth, I can buy things that cost 100x more and think "I deserve this, I made broth."
