I wore this Athleta tee and my favorite Athleta leggings to the gym on Friday, and DAMN, I could really tell the difference between this and other workout clothes. I think this Athleta tee might be one of my favorite workout items. It’s breathable, cooling, and has a rubber grip at the bottom so that it stays in place. It’s more expensive than my usual Target or Old Navy tees (but I linked those here too because they’re still good!), but the difference is tangible.

I’m also wearing the Athleta Elation Leggings, which are hands-down the most FUPA-supportive leggings I’ve ever tried, while still being soft and comfortable.

Wanted to highlight these jeans from the @Madewell 25% off everything fall sale. They remind me of my favorite Paige Sasha jeans: Super stretchy and comfortable, and look structured while having enough “give” to comfortably sit in. Great if you have a desk job and can wear jeans to the office — they won’t dig into you while you’re sitting, and they still look put-together and professional.

I’ve started taking this MTE More Than Energy Caffeine-Free Supplement and have really noticed a difference in my energy, focus, and sleep recovery. I am perpetually working on my sleep hygiene because I need a large amount of caffeine in the morning but am also constantly recalculating the exact amount I can have later in the day without ruining my sleep that night.
