I’ve dealt with some cystic acne breakouts over the past month, and these little under $10 pimple patches are what I’ve been swearing by. This Lume Acidified Body Wash is another August favorite — it is without question THE BEST mandelic acid body wash that I’ve tried (and I’ve tried a lot). I use it on my underarms, bikini area, and belly button, and it has basically solved my issue with ingrowns and boils in those areas. It also eliminates odor-causing bacteria without throwing off your body’s pH! My favorite scents are lavender and orange, but they have unscented too.

I love Cyklar’s Mandelic Acid Brightening Deodorant, and their body oil (also linked here) might be the best body oil I’ve ever used. Their deodorant works significantly to eliminate odor-causing bacteria and help with underarm darkness, ingrowns, and boils. This is their bergamot neroli scent (my personal favorite — I love a fresh clean scent), but I love their Vanilla Verve scent as well.

Under $20 🔥 (normally $28; currently on sale for $18): I love this Cicalfate Restorative/Protective Cream and have been using it as a regular part of my wedding skin prep. It’s like a hybrid moisturizer/barrier protectant, so it both locks moisture in and helps actually repair the skin. It’s a lifesaver for dry skin, but it’s also a really effective remedy for chapped skin, sunburn, and eyelid eczema!

I wore this Athleta tee and my favorite Athleta leggings to the gym on Friday, and DAMN, I could really tell the difference between this and other workout clothes. I think this Athleta tee might be one of my favorite workout items. It’s breathable, cooling, and has a rubber grip at the bottom so that it stays in place. It’s more expensive than my usual Target or Old Navy tees (but I linked those here too because they’re still good!), but the difference is tangible.

I’m also wearing the Athleta Elation Leggings, which are hands-down the most FUPA-supportive leggings I’ve ever tried, while still being soft and comfortable.

And I linked Missy’s workout outfit + one of her favorite super-supportive sportsbras for high-impact workouts, because last time we posted it to IG, we got lots of requests for the links.

Wanted to highlight these jeans from the @Madewell 25% off everything fall sale. They remind me of my favorite Paige Sasha jeans: Super stretchy and comfortable, and look structured while having enough “give” to comfortably sit in. Great if you have a desk job and can wear jeans to the office — they won’t dig into you while you’re sitting, and they still look put-together and professional.

If you’re over 5’8”, consider getting the tall/long fit. I’m in the Curvy Regular fit here, and the hem was hitting just a bit too short, so I ordered them in Curvy Tall.

This U Beauty Arm Sculpt cream has been just short of a miracle, and it’s 15% off on Bluemercury with a total purchase of $150/20% off with a purchase of $300. Anthropologie makes a great heather grey tee with a perfectly-worn soft feel — something I’ve been searching for for a while. Available in plus (up to 3XL); I took my true size!

I’ve been working HARD on my skincare before my wedding, and the difference in my skin from early July to now is honestly wild. I’ve started taking this MTE More Than Energy Caffeine-Free Supplement and have really noticed a difference in my energy, focus, and sleep recovery. I am perpetually working on my sleep hygiene because I need a large amount of caffeine in the morning but am also constantly recalculating the exact amount I can have later in the day without ruining my sleep that night.
