I’m absolutely loving my new pasta maker! I was tired of having tasteless pasta and knowing that most of the wheat is sprayed with glyphosate I just couldn’t do it anymore. I use Einkorn flour I get from Grand Teton Ancient Grains. My gut no longer swells and has a reaction to the wheat pasta like it used to. Plus it’s fun to make your own.
