I’ve been eyeing these Mary Jane flats for a long time and they finally went on sale! I’m absolutely loving my new pasta maker!

I was tired of having tasteless pasta and knowing that most of the wheat is sprayed with glyphosate I just couldn’t do it anymore.

I use Einkorn flour I get from Grand Teton Ancient Grains.
