Our mudroom baskets are finally filled!! I wanted these to hold the things we’re constantly grabbing (or constantly looking for 😅) so getting out the door is hopefully a little easier. Here’s what I ended up putting in each one: • Jules’ essentials: wallet, sunglasses, hats (I LOVE having a designated spot for these bc he is constantly leaving them everywhere!!), extra socks + his house slippers • My toddler’s essentials: shoes bc we’re always looking for them when it’s time to leave, hats + sunblock, diapers + wipes + extra socks • Towels + blankets: for when he’s playing outside and gets wet, beach/pool days, or when it suddenly gets cold and we need something to grab quickly • Our dogs’ essentials: leashes, doggy bags, toys + sweaters for when it gets colder I’m really trying to be more intentional about giving the things we use all the time an actual home instead of just putting them wherever. And having everything we need on our way out right by the door just makes sense!
