My all-time favorite baby gates are currently on sale! 🤍

We’re one step closer to turning this little hallway into a functional mini mudroom!!

It took months of searching to find “cabinets” that were affordable, the right depth, and actually fit this narrow space. I originally considered IKEA’s PAX system, but it was too deep for our hallway. (Can you believe these are bookcases?!) Now that they’re finally here, the fun part begins 🥳

Still on the to-do list: • Add shelving to the bottom cabinets for everyday storage • Find baskets that fit perfectly on the shelves • Install hooks in the upper section for backpacks, bags, and jackets • Frost the glass to help hide visual clutter while still letting light through

Storage is limited in our home, so I’m always looking for ways to make every inch work harder for our family!

This is one of those small changes that made a bigger difference than I expected

I’ve owned another digital calendar before this one, so I wanted to share what I like and don’t like about the Winnovo after using it. Overall, I’ve found it really easy to use, responsive, and helpful for keeping everything in one place.

I recently received this digital calendar and have been testing it out over the last few weeks to see how it compares to the one we’ve been using

As a mom, I feel like I’m constantly trying to keep track of appointments, meal plans, grocery lists, chores, and everything in between. Having one place for it all has been really helpful!

Some features I like:

How we prep for swim lessons 🏊‍♂️

Before swim:

1. Quick bath rinse before swim lessons.
2. Apply coconut oil all over his body. We usually use Costco’s coconut oil, but the one linked here is a great affordable alternative.
3. Spray Rowe Casa Vitamin C Spray on his skin (not linked). Vitamin C is commonly used to help neutralize chlorine and chloramines on the skin after pool exposure.
4. Coterie disposable diaper (not linked).
5. Reusable swim diaper.
6. Swimsuit + water shoes.

After swim:

7. Wash his hair and body with Babo Botanicals shampoo + wash.
8. Give Dr. Green Mom Vitamin C drops (not linked. We do this because there’s a chance some pool water may be swallowed during swim lessons, and vitamin C is often used to help support the body after chlorine exposure.)

lately, we’ve been using this bed rail every single night, and it has given me so much more peace of mind while co-sleeping

i love that it folds down when we don’t need it, and that we’ll be able to use it again when it’s time to transition to a toddler bed!

few things to note: if you have a lower bed frame like ours, the rail won’t fold all the way down. it doesn’t bother us, but it’s something to be aware of before purchasing!

also, we only have one rail installed because my son consistently sleeps on the same side of the bed

and before anyone says it… yes, it kind of makes our bed look like a hospital bed 😅 but safety comes first, and the extra peace of mind is 100% worth it

after we set up this gate at the bottom of our stairs, I realized it wouldn’t be very easy to take down since it’s drilled in. and every time I take photos of this part of our home, the gate will be seen in the background

I never used to make my bed. Tbh, I hated it.

as a mama, I need to use my time wisely, and this laundry basket just makes life easier

we have a really small closet, so instead of juggling 2 or 3 baskets, we made one system for all of us and it just works
