Started macro counting last Wednesday again…. Not to punish but to inform. And I lost four pounds in the first two days 😳 it is amazing when I fuel my body properly how instantly my body responds. And how quickly I forget proper portion sizes…. Have you tried macro counting? It’s work but worth it.
