You definitely don’t need more stuff in your kitchen- but the right little tools can make feeding your people so much easier.

These are the things that have actually earned their spot in my drawers because I reach for them over and over and over again. Nothing fancy, just practical things that make cooking, prepping, and feeding a family of eight a little less work. And also sharing the flops and the ones that can probably leave but I have hoarder tendencies and I need to mentally prepare ok…

And apparently I had enough to say about them that one reel turned into THREE… 😅

I’m officially calling these Dump Egg Cups because I quite literally dumped in everything that needed to be used from my refrigerator… and somehow created one of the best breakfasts I’ve made. 😂

Roasted potatoes, zucchini, squash, cottage cheese, cheddar, and eggs—all baked together into fluffy little cups that are packed with protein, vegetables, and flavor.

The best part? There’s no exact recipe required (but because I love you, recipe below 😘). Honestly, use whatever vegetables, meat, cheese, or leftovers you already have. It’s less food waste, an easy breakfast for busy mornings, and they’re freezer-friendly- I’m officially calling these Dump Egg Cups because I quite literally dumped in everything that needed to be used from my refrigerator… and somehow created one of the best breakfasts I’ve made. 😂

18 eggs
1 cup cottage cheese
1 onion diced
2 zucchini diced
3 roasted tomatoes diced
1 cup diced ham
1 cup cheese

Bake at 400 for 20 minutes
