Date day was seriously the best idea I’ve ever had! Matt had Friday off and it was an easy day for me to take off so we sent the kids to daycare & spent the day together. We went to breakfast, ikea, Boulevard Brewery and lunch all before coming home for a few hours before getting the kiddos. It was honestly just what my soul needed. Sometimes when we’re so busy raising two kids, it’s easy to forget that Matt isn’t only my husband and a father, but he is truly my best friend.
