To keep my body smooth and young, I cycle these products every 3 days ⤵️

1️⃣ Day one, glycolic acid body mist to exfoliate dead skin and prepare the skin for retinol the following day.

2️⃣ Day two, body retinol serum to repair aging skin and discoloration (also helps repair cellulite!) I also apply hand retinol in this regimen (linked my fav one below).

3️⃣ Day three, I apply vitamin C body oil to hydrate and brighten my body skin (and protect it from environmental stressors).

4️⃣ Day four, I let my skin reset by only applying lotion and sunscreen.

5️⃣ Day 5, repeat the cycle.

‼️Be sure to use a lightweight lotion (like Cetaphil) and SUNSCREEN with 15% zinc oxide (very important)‼️

PS the sunscreen I use is good for both face & body. It has 15% zinc oxide and is sheer! 😍 Very hard to find haha 👌🏼).

How I keep my hair full and my scalp clean:

1️⃣ scalp detox before showering (act & acre), rinse after 15 minutes
2️⃣ bonding hair repair treatment (Olaplex) wet first then apply generously, and wash
3️⃣ double wash hair (k18 or Oribe) and condition with a mask (kerastase or amika)
4️⃣ blowdry and airwrap (Dyson) for professional looking blowout

7️⃣ after shower, apply body butter followed by skin oil to lock in moisture (l’occitane)

Here’s my full hair wash routine! For context, my scalp gets oily and my ends get dry so this routine detoxes my scalp without drying out my ends 🫶🏼🚿⤵️

1️⃣ The Ordinary glycolic acid 15 mins before shower to detox scalp
2️⃣ power rinse
3️⃣ K18 double shampoo to get a really good lather (focus on washing the scalp only)
4️⃣ Oribe glass hair treatment (5mins)
5️⃣ Grow Gorgeous scalp mask to hydrate and regular oil production
6️⃣ Kerastase nutritive hair mask on the ends
7️⃣ cold rinse to lock in moisture

↪️ The steps above are what BOTH my husband and I do EVERY day. Consistency is key for results. For context, his skin type is dry and mine is oily. These steps are great for all skin types 🫶🏼

Optional add-ons ⤵️
⭐️ To combat acne: Blemish + Age Defense Serum (I use this after the vitamin c serum and before the peptide serum — it’s my savior for treating and preventing acne!!)

⭐️ To recover sensitive skin: Phyto-Corrective Gel (I use this as needed either after all the serums mentioned above or on its own — I especially love this in the summer on days when I spent excessive time in the sun, it recovers my skin almost immediately!!)

Other notes ⤵️
⭐️ This sunscreen is a new one on the market and I’m truly truly obsessed with it. I’ve spent THOUSANDS of dollars over the years trying everything that has sufficient amounts of zinc oxide and this is the only one that not only has that 15% that I look for but also doesn’t dry out my skin AT ALL — in fact, it makes my skin GLOWY 😍 truly a remarkable product. It was about time we got a proper sunscreen esp for summer days ✨

⭐️ This retinol we use is truly unmatched! I personally don’t use tretinoin as I don’t like how it thins out the skin barrier. This retinol is absolutely remarkable as it evens out my skin tone, prevents sebaceous glands from enlarging, and corrects fine lines!! 👏🏼

To stay lean, I follow these general guidelines! ⤵️

⭐️ I pick one meal per day to eat carbs, everything else is protein and veggies.

⭐️ When I feel like snacking, I reach for fruit (usually grapes).

⭐️ I substitute dessert for fruit such as pineapple and watermelon. (I allow myself dessert on weekends when we go out to restaurants).

⭐️ I don’t eat anything that has more than 6g of added sugars. I check labels when eating at home.

⭐️ I’m not strict at restaurants but always make sure to do extra cardio the next morning to work it off.

⭐️ I limit saturated fats (like hummus which used to be weakness for snacking, now I choose between saturated fats and carbs - I don’t have both in the same day).

⭐️ I don’t eat high sodium foods (like buffalo sauce which used to be my weakness) but when I do have a slip-up, I do extra cardio the next day to sweat it out.

To safely sunbathe without getting sunburnt 👙🧴 first I shield my skin with UV lotion (SPF 35 with zinc oxide). ⏰ Wait 20 minutes for the minerals to fully set. ☀️ Then apply a hydrating tanning oil, and repeat the steps every 2 hours. 👌🏼

How I keep my hands healthy in dry cabin air! 🧴👌🏼 First, I wet my hands with the Inkey List hydro-surge mist, then exfoliate with a travel body scrub. Then I clean my hands (without having to get up in the plane) by spraying my Luna pocket cleanser, and wipe with a blotting sheet. Now that my pores are open, I do a hydrating hand mask by mixing a generous amount of travel hand cream with my lip peptide treatment by olehenriksen (peptides are peptides!) and my travel size Argan oil by Josie Maran. Let it sit in disposable paraffin gloves for as long as possible. Right before landing, I remove the gloves and apply some Glow Screen sunscreen by Supergoop (which I also use on my face). Your hands will thank you✨
