To keep my body smooth and young, I cycle these products every 3 days ⤵️

1️⃣ Day one, glycolic acid body mist to exfoliate dead skin and prepare the skin for retinol the following day.

2️⃣ Day two, body retinol serum to repair aging skin and discoloration (also helps repair cellulite!) I also apply hand retinol in this regimen (linked my fav one below).

3️⃣ Day three, I apply vitamin C body oil to hydrate and brighten my body skin (and protect it from environmental stressors).

4️⃣ Day four, I let my skin reset by only applying lotion and sunscreen.

5️⃣ Day 5, repeat the cycle.

‼️Be sure to use a lightweight lotion (like Cetaphil) and SUNSCREEN with 15% zinc oxide (very important)‼️

PS the sunscreen I use is good for both face & body. It has 15% zinc oxide and is sheer! 😍 Very hard to find haha 👌🏼).

1️⃣ Ingrown roller: I use this for my bikini line and armpits! prevents and corrects ingrowns 👌🏼 (just wait 24 hours after shaving)

2️⃣ Anti-chafe stick: a MUST when wearing skirts or summer dresses, bye bye inner thigh rashes 🤭

3️⃣ Vitamin C Body Oil: keeps my body bright and evens out my skin tone! feels so luxe, I loveee. 🍊

4️⃣ Pillow gel for dry shaving! I feel like I’m always spot shaving in the summer so this is perfect to prevent shaving cuts when you need to dry shave!

5️⃣ Glycolic Acid body mist to keep my arms and legs smooth! I use it after showering, rub it in, let it dry, and apply lightweight lotion like Cetaphil. (Check out my daily Bodycare cycle for more info). 🚿

6️⃣ Body Retinol for improving skin elasticity and reducing dimples / cellulite behind the thighs! I use this every 3 days all over my body 👌 Be sure to wear body SPF daily!!!

To keep my hair full 💁🏻‍♀️⤵️

1️⃣ I use a chemical exfoliant 15 minutes before washing my hair. This breaks down buildup and allows my shampoo to lather my scalp effectively. (Glycolic Acid Toner - The Ordinary)

2️⃣ I spray scalp tonic after washing my hair that prevents my “balding” areas from thinning. It’s also super hydrating and non-greasy, absolutely love the spray applicator too as it goes directly on my scalp rather than all over my roots. (Scalp Tonic - MorrocanOil)

3️⃣ I swap my shampoo for a clarifying cleanse every 2 weeks to deep clean my scalp. The one I use doesn’t dry out my ends like others do! (Peptide Prep Detox Shampoo - K18 Hair)

4️⃣ Before blow drying, I apply an oil control mist that helps prevent my hair follicles from clogging. This is especially good for those who sweat more frequently and/or have oily skin (and during the summer or for people who workout a lot).

Linked everything below! (plus some other hair essentials I can’t live without 🤭👌🏼)

Everything is on sale at Sephora from 4/10-4/20 with code “SPRINGSALE” 💫

➡️ I use all 3 of these products in my night regimen every 3 days. 👌🏼

Here’s a breakdown of each laser machine, including downtime, products that help speed recovery and also how much I paid per treatment (pricing varies based on your location, but this is simply to give you a benchmark).

1️⃣ MOXI is a non-ablative laser that only has about 1 day of downtime. After treatment, you can expect your face to be very red for the rest of the day. For up to 1 week post treatment, your skin will feel like sandpaper (pigment surfaces then falls off, it’s so satisfying lol). You can wear makeup after the 1st day! ❤️‍🩹 For healing, my medical aesthetician recommended Skinceuticals Epidermal Repair cream and I absolutely LOVE it. It’s the only skin product I apply for up to 1 week after treatment. It also comes in handy if my skin is having other issues. 💸 I paid $750/treatment (ask about bundles!) I did 3 treatments because I loved it so much (one of them I had them mix in BBL laser too). 📍 (Northshore Chicago) I did my treatment at the Skin Lounge in Northfield with Kara.

2️⃣ Painless Hair Removal. As someone who has been doing laser hair removal for 15 years, I am still in shock that a painless treatment now exists. This is one treatment that usually does hurt and unfortunately requires lifetime touch-ups. Look for a MedSpa near you that offers this!! It actually felt soothing 🤭👌 💸 I paid $150 per session just for the face. I’ve done my full body years ago but don’t remember pricing sorry! Everywhere varies and it really depends on the body parts you’re doing.

3️⃣ Q-Switch for tattoo removal. As someone who spent 2 entire years doing the most excruciating treatments that did not work, I was very pleased to find this laser treatment that worked so well after just 1 treatment. They also numbed it for me, so make sure you go somewhere that has the Q-switch AND numbs you. Very important!!! I paid ~$550 per treatment (they based on how much time it would take). 📍 I went to Advanced Dermatology in Glencoe. ❤️‍🩹 I used Bacitracin and these special bandages that did not budge for days. Downtime is honestly not fun ~1 week, but so worth it 👌💫 xx
Here are 3 key steps to follow! 1️⃣ Apply a clinical scalp serum to the "balding" areas after washing your hair: I use the Obagi Nu-Cil Biostim Scalp Serum (this step is critical!!!) 2️⃣ Do red light therapy every night before bed for 15 minutes (also helps regulate oiliness!) I use the Current Body Hair Regrowth Helmet (but you can also just use the brush linked below if you're on a budget - it just takes more effort). 3️⃣ Take hair growth supplements that are backed by science and evidence. I take Nutrafol everyday and I know they WORK because I did a trial on them without any of the other steps for an entire month and saw MAJOR results. Just beware that it may also cause hair regrowth in other less desirable areas haha. BONUS TIP: scalp health is super important! Whether your scalp gets really oily OR super dry and flaky, I recommend applying glycolic acid to your scalp before showering. It breaks down any buildup or dandruff so that your shampoo actually penetrates the follicles. Linked everything below, plus bonus essentials. Enjoy! xx
LOVE these YSL fragrances because one spray gives so much longevity. Found this mini duo set for just $40! Enjoy xx

Here’s how I use glycolic acid:

1️⃣ On my underarms, to keep them bright, reduce odor, and prevent ingrowns.
Frequency: 1-2x/week (wait 24 hrs after shaving)
Product: The Ordinary or Cyklar Body Mist

2️⃣ On my feet to exfoliate rough skin.
Frequency: daily! (I do it every night)
Product: 20% glycolic acid pads linked below, or The Ordinary (less concentrated).

3️⃣ On my body to remove bumps.
Frequency: 1-2x/week
Product: Cyklar Body Mist 👌🏼 and moisturize after with Cetaphil lotion.

4️⃣ On my scalp to remove buildup and stimulate hair growth.
Frequency: 1-2x/week (15 mins before hair wash)
Product: The Ordinary

For healthy underarms, I use the Hanni Shaving Pillow Gel Stick to dry shave my armpits (also great for bikini line!). I apply glycolic acid once a week to keep my underarms bright (I use the ordinary - for sensitive skin, add a couple drops of hyaluronic acid). For deodorant, I only use this antiperspirant cashmere stick that actually prevents sweating (coming from someone who has hyperhidrosis!) 👌🏼 linked everything below, including some of my other daily essentials ❤️ Enjoy! xx
