These are a movie night classic in my house now 🍿 Cookies: 🩷 1 cup butter cold and cubed (2 sticks) 🩷 1 1/4 cup brown sugar 🩷 1/2 cup sugar 🩷 2 eggs 🩷 1/2 tbsp vanilla 🩷 3 cups flour 🩷 3 tbsp cornstarch 🩷 1 cup cocoa powder 🩷 1 tsp baking soda 🩷 1 tsp baking powder 🩷 1 tsp sea salt First mix the DRY ingredients, then gradually mix and add the WET ingredients. bake at 350 *F for 8-10 minutes (before baking, you’re going to want to grab something you can use to push the divet into the middle of the cookie, to give it that skillet appearance) Vanilla Mousse • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream • 3 tablespoons instant vanilla pudding mix (about 1 ounce) • 1 1/2 tablespoons powdered sugar • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract Beat in with electric mixer until thick. Chocolate Ganache Drizzle • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter • 4 tablespoons chocolate chips Melt (in microwave, in increments of 30 seconds) and stir until fully smooth.
