The BEST most COMFY statement earrings! I’ve always loved statement earrings, but I stopped wearing them for years because they were always too heavy and hurt my ears. Not these! These are all LEATHER, which makes them *incredibly lightweight* and easy to wear all day. They’re so comfy I even nap in them! 😆

These are also the best quality leather earrings out there. They never curl and never flip around like cheaper knockoffs do. They look amazing all the time!

BUSINESS CASUAL QUESTION! I’ve heard from over a thousand women about what’s appropriate in your business casual work environment and I can safely say this: It is ALL. OVER. THE. PLACE. Ranging from jeans being totally okay as business casual to no jeans but colored denim is okay (???—why does this make sense to employers? 🤷🏻‍♀️) to strict no jeans and closer to business professional and everything between. There is a spectrum of more casual business casual to more professional biz cas, all under the name of “business casual,” and every work environment has a different standard. It’s truly all over the place!

So, I’m curious. If you work somewhere with a BUSINESS CASUAL dress code (not casual, not business professional), which of the outfits above would fit your workplace? 1, 2, or 3? A combo of them? All of them?

If you work from home, do you still get dressed each day—or at least WANT to get dressed? 😆 I still get dressed everyday. Even if it’s not fancy and just jeans, a tee or a sweater, and earrings. (And fuzzy slippers of course. 😉) I feel like it kickstarts my mindset into “work” mode and helps me focus. If I don’t get dressed, I’ll spend my day meandering and wasting a lot of time.

My go-to combo is usually jeans and a striped tee or easy sweater. BUT one way to freshen up that combo is change the jeans to colored bottoms—just anything that’s not regular blue jeans. Super, super easy!
.
