Another Monday, another flower field LOL I had to share some skin care knowledge (you’re wear sunscreen right? Try @albabotanica, it’s good) since I’m kind of in a spot where my skin swings from breakout to give me moisture. 1- If you need to heal a break out, I am LOVING the @muradskincare nourishing multi-acid peel toner (this makes your skin feel like velvet and zaps those little pimples you get when you wear your makeup too long lol) and my ride or die Lerosett clay mask for an overnight spot treatment (in my Beauty highlight). It’s a pimple game changer trust me 👌 2- If you need moisture! Hydration! Dewy, supple skin! My favs are the @formula1006us hydrating sheet masks and the @glowrecipe watermelon mask overnight. I 👏 can’t 👏 say 👏 enough 👏 good 👏 things 👏 just get a sample or travel size if you want to try it out, it lasts foreeeverrr. 3- Your skin health + gut health are linked so if your face isn’t happy with topical treatments start thinking about what you put IN your body. For me, I can’t do a lot of dairy (this is a big one for preventing skin issues) or my whole body isn’t happy Lol this is why I love my milk alternatives like @planetoat milk.
