• Whole foods + gluten-free (focusing on high protein and adequate fats for hormone health)

Workouts:
• Weightlifting 5x per week
• Outdoor walks (10k+ steps daily)
• High-fitness cardio class 1x per week
• Yoga + walks on active rest days

Reading:
• Faith-focused (Old Testament, religious authors, etc.)
