Stepping on the other side of the camera 🎥 to host today’s matchup between Vandy and Florida for some SEC Volleyball! 🎤

I snagged this dress and belt from a friend’s boutique that’s on the Gallatin square. If you are visiting Nashville you should give her a visit at Tennessee Honey Boutique!

It was a spooky jersey kinda trip 👻 4 days in the parks, 4 Halloween themed Disney outfits!

We’ve got a close one on @secnetwork with @vandysoccer hosting @xavierwsoc ⚽️

Hope you’ll join myself and @kingramsports for the 2nd half!

Might still be crying talking about these two and @overton_ac 🥹💛

Landon’s story is one I’ve had the privilege of watching unfold from the very beginning. So when Coach told me, “It’s time Landon’s story is told,” it meant more to me than I can really put into words. I was there the day he was born, and I’ve watched him and Amanda grow together through things no one should ever have to face. Amanda became a single mom young, and she wore that role with so much strength, grace and love for others. It’s not shocking to see who Landon is becoming if you take a look at her 🫶🏼

But then @matt_overton_7 came into their lives.

I’ve watched Matt step into a role he was never asked to take on, but chose every single day. He didn’t just put on the hat of “dad.” He showed up. He loved Landon. He coached him, encouraged him, challenged him and became someone Landon has always looked up to as his dad.

I’ll never forget their wedding day when Landon and Matt threw the football together while My Boy by Elvie Shane played 🥹 That memory gets me every single time (hence the tears on air lol)

Fast forward 10 years, and this past summer, after a long-fought battle, Matt was finally able to officially adopt Landon as his son and give him his last name. And now, here we are.

Tonight I got to stand on a sideline and tell a story that has lived so close to my heart for so many years.

There’s no sideline I’m more proud to stand on than this one.

Amanda, I love you so much. Tuesday and Lindsay forever! Matt, thank you for taking care of our girl and Lan Man the way you do. And Landon, watching you grow up has been one of the greatest gifts. And now with Macie, it’s surreal to watch the 4 of you live out the days Amanda and I dreamed would one day happen for her.

I love you all so, so dearly 💛🫶🏼

Another kickoff weekend in the books to start year 5 with my sideline bestie!

Here’s to our super senior year @emily.rebecca95 ✋🏼

Dental care is one of those everyday things where the little habits really do matter 🦷✨

I’ve been using @reachfloss Mint Waxed Floss as part of my daily routine because it slides easily between teeth, is shred-resistant, and helps tackle plaque without making flossing feel like a chore.

And I love that REACH floss is PFAS-free and PTFE-free, so it’s an easy everyday staple for the whole family.

Consider this your reminder to floss the teeth you want to keep 😉

Dolphins, crystal clear water, sea turtle nests, fireworks, and the perfect little beach day.. Longboat Key, you were a dream! 🐬🏖️🇺🇸

We had the best time exploring somewhere new this 4th of July! Anna Maria Island was packed, so we decided to check out Longboat Key’s beach for the first time and quickly realized we found a hidden gem. From playing mermaids, building sand castles, chasing birds (Bill, of course 😂), and making new hermit crab friends, it was the kind of day that made the best memories.

We ended the day with dinner right on the beach at one of our favorite local spots, @thebeachhouseami , and were so excited to still catch fireworks despite the nearby sea turtle nests! (Whoopsie!) ✨

If you’re looking to plan your next beach vacation, I’d love to help you find the perfect destination and make the planning easy! 🌊 Send me a message and let’s start planning your getaway! 💙

Day 4, Part 2... and the girls were officially let loose. 🤠🍻

After Lyla went to spend some time with her grandparents, Nanny Em and I got to bee bop around downtown Nashville for a little 21+ CMA Fest fun.

✔️ Stopped by HARDY’s McArthur pop-up at Morgan Wallen’s
✔️ Lunch at Hampton Social because festival fuel is essential
✔️ Wandered through the CMA Fest Fan Fair X
✔️ Headed back to Morgan Wallen’s for live music
✔️ Closed out the night at Nissan Stadium where Bailey Zimmerman and Fetty Wap transported us straight back a decade 😂🎤

Needless to say.. my voice is still recovering, my feet were begging for mercy, and I’d do it all over again. CMA Fest, you never disappoint 🤍🎶

Weeds were really trying to take over my home court 😅 but not this season!

Got it game-day ready with @justspruceit no setup, no fuss, just fast, visible results so I can get back to enjoying my space. 🙌

It’s pet friendly, weed deadly, and safe for use around people, pets and bees when used as directed.. which makes it a total win in my book!

If your yard needs a quick comeback, this is it.

A skincare icon is turning 30.. and she’s still that girl ✨

I finally get why @lovephilosophy Hope in a Jar Smooth-Glow has been loved for decades. It’s lightweight, gives the prettiest instant glow, and actually works beneath the surface too! Thanks to glycolic acid (hello gentle exfoliation), hyaluronic acid (hydration queen), and vitamins E + C, my skin has been looking smoother, brighter, and just overall healthier.

Honestly.. products don’t stay relevant for 30 years unless they’re doing something right 🤍

And the best part Hope in a Jar Smooth-Glow is 30% off at @ultabeauty in store and online until April 25th!
Run, don’t walk. This deal is too good 🛍️

Gifting mom something as graceful as she is 💐

@lovephilosophy Mother’s Day Amazing Grace Gift Set instantly reminded me of those comforting hugs from your mom that just make everything feel okay. It’s soft, fresh, feminine, and one of those scents that feels effortlessly beautiful without trying too hard.

With notes of bergamot, lily of the valley, and musk, it has the cleanest floral scent that’s minimalistic but still so memorable. And I love that the set comes with both a full-size bottle for her vanity and a smaller one perfect for her purse or travel bag 🤍
The floral packaging, the soft spring scent, the thoughtful details.. it really feels like such a meaningful Mother’s Day gift.

#AD dry skin check.. is it just me or do elbows and legs always need extra help no matter the season? 😅

Lately as we head out of the Nashville fake spring and into those summer months, I’ve been reaching for the @aveenous Skin Relief Healing Ointment and I’m genuinely obsessed. It’s an ointment (not a lotion) that’s perfect for those dry areas and I love that I can use it all over my body without it feeling oily/heavy! It is heavy duty, but without the heavy feel and leaves my skin feeling so much more hydrated and comfortable 🤍

Even better that it’s clinically proven to lock in moisture for up to 72 hours and to help strengthen the skin’s natural moisture barrier, which is exactly what my skin needs.

I found mine while shopping on the @walmart app which makes it so easy and convenient 🙌🏼

Cloud-like softness in a fragrance ☁️✨

I’ve been wearing the new Fresh Cream Silk Cloud eau de parfum from @lovephilosophy and it truly smells like comfort in a bottle. It’s warm, airy, cozy, and feminine without being overpowering like the kind of scent you want to wear every single day 👏🏼

I love that it layers soft creamy notes with a light silkiness that lasts all day and feels effortlessly clean and fresh. Perfect for spring, date nights, or honestly just feeling a little extra put together running errands 🤍

If you love soft, comforting fragrances, this one is definitely worth trying!

Our new summer staple 😍 my daughter has always hated water sprayed in her face and so I was nervous, but having the mermaids to play with (which it comes with 3 🧜🏽‍♀️) I think has gotten her over the water phobia! Major win!

Slight addiction to mommy-daughter dates 🧑🏽‍🐰‍🧑🏾💛
