It’s not the Wild West anymore — we have laws to protect people, which includes undocumented immigrants, as well as citizens.

One of those laws is that to enter a home law enforcement, including 🧊, must have a judicial warrant signed by a judge.

The videos we keep seeing of them — armed, breaking into homes when people refuse to open their doors (also a right), assaulting individuals — all illegal. It shouldn’t matter who someone voted for, if they’re legally here or not- excessive force, not following the law and operating with immunity is wrong.

Don’t let the government’s divisive rhetoric make you forget your humanity.

Why you should care about the U.S. wanting Greenland - from a Southern military spouse.

U.S. officials, including Stephen Miller, have argued that America needs Greenland for national security, suggesting Denmark doesn’t have the right or ability to control it.

Donald Trump has echoed that claim.

Here are the facts that matter:

Greenland is an autonomous territory of Denmark, not unclaimed land.
Denmark is a NATO ally, bound by international agreements the U.S. helped create post WW II.
Greenland’s prime minister has been unequivocal: the United States cannot conquer Greenland.
Denmark, France, and the UK have reinforced the same principle - borders cannot be changed by force.

This isn’t about being anti-American.
It’s about understanding that national security includes alliances, sovereignty, and international law - not just military capability.

TL;DR:
Greenland said no. That should’ve been the end. Rejection is still rejection at the international level.
