I live in athleisure right now. My favorite combination is a workout dress or skirt with a sweatshirt or zip up hoodie. I love this dress from beyond yoga. I did not style it here, but there are so many ways to do so and I’ll share later.

Saturday sport chaos in full swing. I love and loath this season of life. It’s fun chasing the kids around, watching them do what they love. But I do miss the carefree days of summer with nothing to do.

We don’t have a sport free weekend until mid July and that’s a hard pill to swallow at times.

How are you holding up over there momma?

Managing the schedules, booking the tournament hotels, staying on top of back to school night babysitters, paying bills and your full time job obligations on top of the heaviness that the internet and news is these days?

High low workout outfit of the day. I love Lululemon align dupes, but I do love the originals. These are align bottoms but dupe sports bra. Linked to both. Preschool drop off uniform.

📌 Save this CHALLENGING Bodyweight Strength Workout 💪🔥

No equipment? No problem. This bodyweight workout is not easy—but it’ll build strength, stability, and seriously fire up your glutes, core, and upper body. If you’re traveling next week, this is a great one to save.

Try 3–4 rounds. Rest 60–90 sec between each.

👉 Tempo Bulgarian Split Squats
8–10 each leg (3 sec down, 1 sec pause, explode up)

👉 Push-Up to Down Dog + Shoulder Tap
10–12 reps

👉 Glute March (hips up, marching feet)
20 total reps

👉 Triceps/Chest Dips
10–12 reps (use a step, bench, or chair)

👉 Slow Squat Jumps
8–10 reps (3 sec down, big jump up)

👉 Hollow Hold + Flutter Kicks
Hold 30 seconds (modify as needed!)

🔥 Finisher (optional): EMOM x 4 mins
10 jump lunges + 10 push-ups (rest for the remainder of the minute)

You’ll feel strong—and sore in the best way.
