Well the short answer is, they are distrusting your hormones (circadian rhythm) among other things😳 These lights are filled with blue light AND have a major flicker you can’t see with the naked eye. This is your sign to deep clean and moisturize your wood kitchen utensils!👩🏻‍🍳💦 Now that I only use wood because it’s a great non-toxic option, it’s important I’m regularly sanitizing and using a mineral oil. This will ensure all if the bacteria gets off the utensils AND they will last longer👏🏻👏🏻 An easy two steps to add to your Sunday reset! 👇🏻👇🏻
1. Boil water and add 1 tablespoon of baking soda and 1/2 of a lemon juiced🍋. Boil for 15 minutes. Remove from water and let dry.
2. Take an organic cotton cloth with mineral oil (I like coconut🥥) and wipe down utensils. Let them sit until fully absorbed - usually 3 hours. They are now ready to be used again!

I have found THE best hybrid skincare / sunscreen face product! It has a combo of zinc oxide to protect your skin (SPF 50) + peptides for collagen building and plumping. This sunscreen milk is non-toxic + is EWG verified so you know it has good ingredients. I use it every day as the last step in my skincare and before I apply any makeup. It may look white and milky when it first comes out of the bottle, BUT gently massage it into the skin and it becomes clear. It is SO lightweight and your skin will glow.
