One arm handstand is getting closer i can feel it lmaoo. I AM soliciting advice btw if you have your OAHS please give me your best tips. Calisthenics is so humbling but most people stop practicing it after a bit because it takes TIME and CONSISTENCY to make the smallest progress sometimes so you have to love the process just as much as you love the outcome. And don’t stop doing drills - EVER.

grwm for a leg day. i didn’t have a lot of energy yesterday but i’m glad i got it done anyway. learning to listen to your body and know when it’s safe to push and when it isn’t is SO important and it’s taken some lessons learned the hard way for me. yesterday was one of those days where it was okay to push (a little) so I tried a new hairstyle, put on a cute fit and got my preworkout and smashed the workout.
