Today’s skincare routine !! Before the gym, my skincare has one job keep my skin clear, calm, and protected while I move.

I always start with toning pads because they’re an easy reset. They gently cleanse the skin, remove anything left over from the day, and help prevent buildup before I start sweating. It’s one of those steps that makes a big difference without overdoing it.

For the gym, I keep everything lightweight and breathable. Heavy products can trap sweat and clog pores, so I choose formulas that absorb quickly and support my skin barrier instead of sitting on top of it. My skin feels comfortable during the workout and balanced afterward.
