Journey to Becoming My Body Goals Inside and Out
I’m so done starting over with my body.

For the last five years, I have been losing the same ten pounds and gaining it back. Motivation, discipline, burnout, then starting again. I am ready for that cycle to stop.

Heart conditions run in my family. I lost my mom to a heart attack last March. Recently, my doctor told me my cholesterol levels were elevated. Knowing that heart disease is the leading cause of death for Black women changed how I see my health and my body.

This is not just about the scale anymore. It is about living longer, stronger, and more intentionally.

This series is about accountability, not perfection. Becoming my own body goals while also taking care of what is happening on the inside. Not just this year. Forever.

Today’s skincare routine !! Before the gym, my skincare has one job keep my skin clear, calm, and protected while I move.
