The second is this dual action pain reliever! No other medication (including excedrin migraine) works as good.

If you’re a fellow migraine girlie, I’ve got two things to share with you that have changed the game for me. No other medication or “ritual” works for me besides this. This cold cap is so incredibly soothing & instantly relieves some of the pain. I keep this in the fridge instead of freezer, because the freezer is just a bit too cold for me. It blocks out light & squeezes your head & just truly feels so good.

Stripes & a matching set? Yes, please! 💚 This Amazon two-piece set pairs a relaxed long-sleeve top with drawstring shorts. Perfect for those in-between days when you’re ready for fall but it’s still warm outside!
