These are some of my recommendations if you’re just now starting your GLP1 journey. Hair Health: I haven’t experience that much hair shedding, but I’ve been taking Nutrafol & Mary Ruth’s for a little over two years now. It’s a bit pricey but very worth it. Weighted Vest: I use my vest almost daily when taking my dog Luca for a walk, and it helps with burning calories faster, strengthening my core and helps with posture. I would recommend starting with 15 pounds. Strength Training: they say that you lose muscle while on the medication so it’s very important to do a couple of strength training exercises daily. Walking Pad: I highly recommend getting a walking pad. It makes it so much easier to get your walk-in daily, especially if you’re very busy. It’s nice to have at home. Fitness tracker: a great way to set goals for yourself. Your journey is your own. Set realistic goals for YOUR body and increase them as you go. When I first started my journey I set a goal of 15 min walks to start out. You can set a time , distance or step goal. Hydration: I’ll admit it’s difficult to get in your daily water intake, but having a Brumate definitely makes it easier. My water stays cool all day and it doesn’t leak. I’m a big fan of the White Peach sugar free Liquid IV. Hope these tips help you on your journey.
