Homemade Frosted Cranberries for my charcuterie: Ingredients: 2 cups fresh cranberries - 1 pack of 16 oz. 1 cup sugar, divided into 2 1 cup water Instructions 1. Make Simple Syrup by heating 1 cup water + ½ cup sugar(you can substitute with maple syrup) until dissolved. Remove from heat. 2. Coat Cranberries - by stirring cranberries into warm syrup. Let sit for 5–10 minutes. Transfer to a rack or parchment paper and dry for about 45–60 min. 3. Add the Sparkle - that means rolling the cranberries in ½ cup sugar.
