Boost Your Immunity with Ginger Shots!

If you’re looking for a powerful wellness shot to support digestion, energy, and immunity — this one’s a favorite.

✅ No juicer required
✅ 4 simple ingredients
✅ Lasts 5 days in the fridge

Ingredients
- 1 lemon
- 5 inches of ginger (or more!)
- 3 tablespoons of manuka honey
- 2 cups room temp water (room temp so honey doesnt harden)

Directions:
- Wash lemon and ginger well. Chop lemon and ginger up. Put into high speed blender. Add manuka honey. Add room temp water to blender. Blend thoroughly.

- Using a nut milk bag or strainer. Strain into a large bowl. Pour into shot glasses or a container.

Ingredients:
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup maple syrup
3/4 cup shredded carrots
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/2 cup vanilla protein powder (I used Truvani)

Toppings:
1/2 cup shredded coconut

Mix all the ingredients together
Roll into balls
Roll each ball in shredded coconut
Store in the fridge

Ingredients:
- 3 one-inch pieces of ginger
- 1 four-inch piece of turmeric
- 10 slices of lemon
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 20 oz water

Instructions:
- Add ginger, turmeric, and lemon slices into a glass bottle or pitcher.

- Sprinkle in the cayenne pepper and black pepper.

- Pour in 20 oz of water and stir gently.

- Allow the ingredients to infuse for at least 2-4 hours (or overnight for a stronger flavor).

- Shake well before drinking and enjoy the anti-inflammatory benefits!
