My 74-year-old mom @thejiniga has one of the most collagen-rich, firm faces I know—and it’s not from surgery. People constantly assume she’s had work done for her jowls, but she hasn’t. She’s been religious about facial exercises for years. This is one of the exercises she swears by to slow down aging in the lower face—and she says it’s especially effective for smile lines.
