If you had to pick candle scents to pair with your current read, what would they be? 🕯️ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ When I initially drafted this caption (last week, before I totally lost track of life and didn’t post for days 😅), I was reading Linger (the second book in The Wolves of Mercy Falls series) and I think the scent notes would be: 🌲 pine trees 🌧️ late winter rain 🌰 toasted almonds 🐺 sexy werewolves (yeah yeah I know that’s not a real scent but we’re gonna roll with it, okay? 😋) ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I really love it when authors describe scents in great detail within their narrative 📖 I have always associated scents with memories, moments, and people, so it helps me visualize the world and the story even better 🤎
