Great entry-level Retinol. I apply at night after cleansing and leave to do it’s work for 30 mins before applying the Beauty Pie Hyaluronic Moisturiser - I find no irritation and has dramatically improved the texture of my skin. Always have SPF 50 on during the day when using this
