Meet Moose 🫎 🐾

Did you guess what our big announcement was from my last post?!

We welcomed this sweet baby boy to the family and have been forever changed.

In loving memory of my favorite dog growing up, Honey our English Mastiff, my heart has been longing for that oversized kind of love. We found the perfect partners in this journey with Spicewood Mastiffs here in TX!

OBSESSED with these “invisible” hearts hidden with this cat-eye nail polish!
Kim at island nail lounge is so freaking talented! She twisted metal wire into a v-shape then attached it to her magnet and hovered it above the cat-eye polish until the perfect heart formed.

I love this color too. It’s super neutral and feminine and beautiful. The end of my video shows what my nails look like not in direct light - so it’s perfect for a subtle Valentine’s Day mani that you won’t feel like immediately needs painting over on 2/15!

TGIF 🐾 ♥️

Napoleon and I have LOVED this heating pad. I’ve shared it a few times before but it’s truly one of our daily used items!

This heating pad has 12 heat settings with auto-off safety function and extra long cord. It also has a plush, soft fabric that protects your skin from any possibility of burns and makes it even more comfortable to use.

Napoleon likes a setting 5 or 6. The warmth helps him nap like he’s hibernating and it soothes his little joints.

Setting 6 keeps me warm - but I love 12 for “health use”. It’s amazing on my lower back but I also love to place it on my stomach post meals to aid in digestion / prevent bloating.

Under $30 and worth every penny!

Makin’ banana pancakes 🥞

These could not be easier or more delicious!

Simply add 1/4 cup of milk to the Kodiak power cup pancake mix (or you can use from the full size box!) and mix well.

Slice 1 banana and dip each piece thoroughly in the pancake batter, making sure to coat all sides.

Once dipped, place it immediately on a preheated pan on medium heat. Flip after you see the dough start to cook through on one side - until both sides are golden brown.

Plate and drizzle with your favorite syrup! On this plate for Mario, I sprinkled some sugar cinnamon mix on top - though totally not necessary.

These are super delicious, taste so indulgent but are filling with 15g protein and around 420 calories depending on your syrup use!
They scratch that itch when you’re having a full pancake craving and are so easy to make - enjoy!

Health First Essentials 🤍

In the spirit of prioritizing health and wellness in 2025 and creating healthy life long habits - sharing a few of our favorite edits to our daily routine.

First supplements. We’re both on daily multi vitamins with some added extras like beef organ capsules from Heart & Soil. This pill organizer has been a game changer for keeping us organized. I have pink & Mario has the black one!

Along with that we make sure to consume colostrum. It’s not Mario’s favorite so I appreciate when he indulges me! I try to take it daily when I remember but traveling can make it hard.

Armra travel packets in blood orange are my favorite for tossing in a cold water bottle. Full transparency this Armra packet is not a full serving - you would need 3-4 daily so it’s not very cost effective in the travel packet version!
If I have a chance to grab a smoothie I love the purity of wondercow and their calf first promise. Family business with a faith base as well 🤍
Important to note - either colostrum you choose needs to be mixed into COLD drinks!

Next up is collagen.
Mario and I both love adding this to coffee (both hot and iced!) 0 flavor and dissolves like a dream - when mixed with hot coffee gives almost a latte feel in your mouth, so good!

Lastly - some mushroom mix-ins. I found this powder at a coffee spot in Scottsdale and haven’t looked back! Instead of using any sugar - I just add 1 scoop of this to our coffee daily.
I love the immune benefits, stress relieving properties, anti-aging, focus support and endurance enhancements this brings to our day 🙌🏼

Lastly linking a few “tools” needed!
We have tons of Stanley’s and they’ve been so good to us.. but I was looking for a leak proof option.
Found both hydro jug and brumate. I love them both but I lean more brumate for the soft, silicone straw!

Carnivore Diet Inspired
High Protein Breakfast Bowl 🥩☀️

- cook up 2 pasture raised eggs to your liking; I prefer scrambled or over easy
- brown up 4 oz of grass fed beef; I like to get my edges crispy.. reminds me of breakfast sausage that way!
- assemble your bowl starting with the eggs
- then layer on beef
- drizzle some raw, local honey (weird combo at first I know but it’s like syrup if you think about it that easy; a little sweet and savory!) such major health benefits
- top with some blueberries for antioxidants

ENJOY!
This is 33g of protein 420 calories; 30 cals come from the honey so if you’re more restrictive opt out but it’s delicious I promise and health benefits are worth it!

Great part about this is you can cook your beef ahead of time and meal prep these either precooking eggs as well or cooking eggs fresh each morning then tossing in your precooked beef to reheat in the same pan!

This meal kept me full and satiated for almost. SEVEN HOURS before I even thought about feeling peckish. That’s huge for me! I literally set a timer and was amazed at how full I felt all day without any bloating, fatigue or brain fog.

Sweet Sweat 💧
Your workout game changer!

These body wraps are AMAZING at increasing your sweat production and increasing the impact of even the most leisurely walk 💧🙌🏼

I have both the Waist Trimmer and the Arm Trimmers! They can be worn by themselves or for extra insane results, pair with the Sweet Sweat roll-on Workout Enhancer.

Easy maintenance - wipe down after each workout. Once a week, machine wash cold in the mesh bags they provide and hang dry.

A PRO for me - they only increase sweat production where worn. So don’t “sweat” (pun intended) if it’s not hair wash day. They only promote a deeper sweat in the concentrated areas you wear them 😉

I’ve noticed a considerably flatter stomach with more waist definition and wearing these while lifting 5/10/15 LB weights (while walking) has helped to cut my arms and give a more toned definition!

Walk it out! 🎶

Walking pad set-up and essentials.
These fit perfectly in a little corner of our home gym but this walking pad can easily roll under your bed or be leaned against the wall of your closet for easy, limited room storage in shared spaces!

The walking pad is $159 at the time I ordered. I like it because it does have a kickstand for limited incline but it’s also a great walk flat. It has a remote for stop/start and speed changes at your fingertips. The digital display shows distance, time, speed and calories burned! Super compact and QUIET.

If you shop Amazon as much as I do, you’ve come to realize their prices change based on clicked interest and demand. If the walking pad linked is more than $159 when you go to purchase look for coupons where it says add to cart or wait a week before circling back as “new year new me” demand may have lowered, lowering the current retail price.
I will also link a few others if you’re in the market and comparing different features!

IMO the walking pad mat is key. It will protect your floors and provides a cushion for any track noise as well.

If you are wanting to lift weights on your walk like me - OR - want a place to rest your laptop to watch shows and get lost in the walk.. this standing desk is great.
It’s cheap and lightweight - so keep that in mind, it’s not the most sturdy thing.
BUT it holds my 2x 15lb dumbbells no problem (so 30 total lbs) I just make sure to rest one on each side over the metal legs.
It has a spot to prop up your phone or iPad, but I use that to hold my tv remote!

These SWEET SWEAT bands are LIFE CHANGING. The amount of sweat I POUR when wearing this alone, is crazy. Even from my biceps.. I don’t think my biceps have ever sweat before in my life until I used these 😂 but what a difference they make! If you’re really looking to crank up water loss, help with bloating, slim faster and increase your workout - pair the arm and waist wraps with their topical workout enhancer. It doesn’t feel like anything when you put it on beyond a “Vaseline like” hydration.. but boy will you sweat!

Walking makes me happy ✨

If you’re like me you’ve tried like 30 different times to start a routine you like, that you can stick to realistically and NOT burn yourself out.
And every time that hyper fixation works in the beginning and then one road bump throws it all off.

I don’t mean a major quake that knocks you off track. I mean you traveled that day, or didn’t time your spray tan right so you couldn’t sweat that day, or your period came and you wanted to wallow, or a migraine knocked you out for the day…
But my problem is all those things are a SINGLE DAY disrupter but I would let it knock me off course completely.

Then would start the inner monologue of “ok well it’s Thursday so todays missed, tomorrow I have back to back meetings then date night so I can’t get a sweat in tomorrow, then it’s Saturday we might want to sleep in and have a slow restful day, then it’ll be Sunday and I need to desperately reset the house before I travel again… so I’ll just start fresh Monday at the hotel gym.”
And in that last line - completely forgetting all the times a “travel day” has knocked me off course.

When in reality I have 0 problem watching hour(s) of TV a day.
So why can’t I spend 1x of those hours watching it while walking?

It feels so good trust me!
And I’m not a music girl because I get too focused on shuffling etc. or just put the same song on repeat for 30 mins loving it then can’t stand to hear it ever again.

I’m not a podcast and walk girlie. If it’s not engaging enough my mind wonders then I’m in that like “ok how many more minutes?”

But I can get lost in a show and not even realize 45 minutes has gone by.

Walking also lead to me adding in hand weights. Bicep curl repetitions or tricep skull crushers of 5, 10 or even 15 lb weights really makes a toning difference. And not just in your arms, but also your core!

Trust me, get this walking pad and get some steps in with me! 💪🏼

Hotel & WFH favorites 🩷

Also would make the perfect little Valentine’s Day gifts!

All office supplies in pastel colors just makes the work day brighter and the workload more fun.

These pouches and travel jewelry case are great for on the road and keeping all things organized.

If you don’t already know - shoes to wear in the hotel are MANDATORY! They rarely if ever shampoo carpets or mop the floors between guests. Vacuuming is sometimes inconsistent as I’ve learned. So bottom line - always have hotel shoes.
