Cut chicken breast into bite size pieces, and marinate in seasonings (used Greek seasoning) soy sauce ( 1 cup), olive oil, and baking soda ( 1 tbsp) / corn starch ( 1 tbsp). Mix up; when ready, heat ~ 1 tbsp of butter in a hot sauce pan, then add chicken and cook until browned and cooked thoroughly. Push to one side of the pan and add another tbsp butter, 1 tbsp minced garlic, 2 tbsp honey, 1 tbsp soy sauce. Once butter is melted and these ingredients have somewhat mixed together, stir it in with the chicken! So good!
