Incorporating ACTIVE rest days is what helps me stay consistent. Rest day doesn’t mean doing nothing. That’s what gets you stuck in the cycle of not wanting to do anything at all. Sleeping in just a little bit (if I can 🙃) instead of sleeping until the last second to rush to get ready for work, walking and stretching so that I’m still moving my body.
