What I used to clean my rug… I mixed a little soap in the bucket with water, dumped on the rug, scrubbed a little, rinsed, and used a large handled squeegee to squeegee it out…I repeat the process as many times as needed to get the soap out. I also rinsed the back of the rug. Just remember…The larger of the rug, the heavier it will be when it gets wet… I tried to stick with the smaller sizes.
