I’ve been really making an effort to reduce my screen time, and it has me picking up old art supplies or trying new things. It’s really hard for me, especially as an artist, to be bad at something new. There’s often a pressure that since we’re good at one form of art we should be good at all of them, but I think it’s important to disconnect and allow yourself to explore and try with no other goal!
