I look back at 2025 and I did not create nearly as much art as I would have liked. Honestly, I didn’t create a single piece I’m proud of 🥲 it’s crazy how a year can go by and that happen. that’s gotta change this year… I can watch a show or listen to a book while I draw, but I want to rebuild the habit of relaxing with art (other hobbies too, but art especially!) rather than doomscrolling, because that was at its WORST in 2025, it’s embarrassing how high my screen time was. I’m trying to remember that any creative time is better than none even if I don’t create a masterpiece, which 99% of the time I won’t and that’s ok!!
