Homemade ice cream is my summer job, and I use two different machines to do it 🍨 The Ninja CREAMi spins a chilled base into scoopable soft serve in about two minutes, no ice, no waiting, and the KitchenAid attachment turns the stand mixer already on my counter into an ice cream maker for a fraction of the price. Both make the pistachio ice cream in this video beautifully, and the choice comes down to counter space and budget. My warm base of cream, white chocolate, and pistachio spread cools overnight either way, then either machine takes it from there. The full recipe is on At the Immigrant's Table, and every tool I used is linked below! I'm Ksenia, food blogger and mom of two, and every summer starts with a fresh batch of this in the freezer.
