🏃🏾‍♀️‍➡️I got up early this Saturday and went on a 3-mile walk with 50 lbs in my weighted vest. It was time to level up, so I grabbed this CROSS101 Adjustable Weighted Vest (20–140 lbs with shoulder pads 🙌🏽).

This morning at 6 AM, Alexa and I joined Rahil for a sunrise workout, and it was exactly the reset we needed! 🌅💪
