These jeans make your ass look insane. They run true to size but if you’re in between sizes, size down because they’re stretched to them. They’re high waisted. The only thing I will say is that I think they would look better on someone 5’8 and under. I’m 5’10 and they’re a bit too short on me.

matcha is honestly one of the best things you could be drinking for your skin…
it helps calm inflammation, so your skin looks less red and more even. it’s loaded with antioxidants, which support collagen and help protect against early aging.
and over time, it just gives your skin that brighter, healthier look. Just make sure you don’t add dairy to it because it negates the benefits. I add almond milk to mine

Everything I do for my skin, start to finish:

•Botox for movement, every 3-4 months
•Sculptra for long-term collagen + structure (about 4 vials a year)
•Fractionated Coolpeel 2x a yr for tone, sun damage, and texture
•Microneedling with PDGF at least 4x a yr for overall skin quality
•Microneedling at home every other month (As long as I give it four weeks from my professional micro needling treatment)
•Skin stamping 1x a week to make sure my growth factors are fully penetrate
•Exfoliate 2x a week, one with a physical and one with a chemical
•Skin flooding morning and night
•Tretinoin at night as often as skin can tolerate
•Vitamin C and niacinamide in the morning
•Peptides every morning and night (copper only at night) to support collagen
•Barrier repair + deep hydration (overnight collagen masks)
•Red light at least 4x a week (I don’t use it the nights I use tretinoin)
•SPF every single day

before anyone says “wow that’s a lot of work”, I’m 42. I don’t wake up looking pretty anymore, and I’m fully at peace with that. Ok that’s a f*cking lie but it is what it is. Here’s exactly what I do before a big event👇🏻

1.sculptra (3 months out) — game changer. it rebuilds your collagen so you just look… better. not done. better.
2. microneedling with PDGF (3 months out) — i know, looks terrifying but trust me. my skin texture is unrecognizable compared to a few years ago.
3.teeth bleaching (1 week out) — do NOT skip this. white teeth in photos? everything.
4.increased cardio (2 weeks out) — hate that this works but it does. my face literally looks different when i’m consistent.
5.this supplement (daily, 2 weeks out) — brighter, more even tone, less dullness from the inside out with this
6.fresh cut/color/extensions (1 week out) — no explanation needed
7.nails (few days out) — people will always notice when your nails and toes are not well kept
8.skin stamp with growth factor (few days out) — this is my secret weapon. skin looks so plump after. Diff than my deeper microneedling. I just do a .25 depth to make sure the serum can fully sink in.
9.red light (4x a week) — this single-handedly got rid of so much redness in my skin
10.self tan (day before) — because everyone looks better with a tan
11.lymphatic drainage (day before + day of) — gets rid of puffiness and water weight
12.physical exfoliate (night before) — your skin needs a clean slate, flaky skin is not cute
13.dermaplane (night before) — nor is peach fuzz
14.this exact mask (night before) — 10x better than a Hydrofacial and you can do it in your own bathroom (the CO2 lift)

2. you stopped wearing color because it feels “too young”
3. you’re covering up parts of your body you used to love for no real reason

-tretinoin (4x/week — less if my skin gets irritated)
-vitamin c every morning
-niacinamide every morning
-spf (every single day — non-negotiable)
-co2 laser (2x/year)
-microneedling + growth factors (about 4x/year)
-at-home skin stamping (1x/week with a high-quality growth factor)
-sculptra (to build collagen over time)
-red light therapy (most days — i spray a green tea mist first to boost results)
-exfoliation (2x/week — one physical exfoliant, one chemical)
-skin flooding (layers of hydration on damp skin)
-barrier-first skincare (i don’t mess this up anymore)
-hormone balance (I do bioidentical hormone therapy)
-ingested hyaluronic acid
-high protein intake
-a shot of high-polyphenol olive oil daily
-a ridiculous amount of water
-sleep (i track it — it matters more than you want it to)
