This is a great game to play as a couple. I guess you could play with a few people. But it was fun and portable. I also love banana grams. A link to that below as well. We play that with the kids a lot at restaurants. It’s great because you can be on teams, and everyone can play whereas the boggle game you play one at a time.

3. Hormone replacement therapy – Nothing changed my skin, energy, and overall quality of life more. It has helped my mood and being able to gain muscle so much too. I am on testosterone and progesterone. Not medical advice. This is what works for me, talk to your doctor.
4. At-home microneedling – If interested I’ve made reels explaining how to do this step by step. Plug microneedling into the search bar
5. PRP – Didn’t see any difference. Would rather get PDGF
6. This eye makeup trick – Learned this trick from my celebrity artist makeup friend. Drastically changed how my eye makeup sits
7. Hydrafacial – Nice before an event, but not floored by it.
8. More natural makeup – Less more natural makeup made me look SO much younger.
9. Lip lift – My favorite cosmetic procedure I’ve ever had.
10. Cellular longevity pills – Feel more energized taking these. Gets rid of zombie cells which is key for ant-aging.
11. Niacinamide – Made my face (and hands) calmer, brighter, stronger, and just look healthier.
12. Face shaving – Smoother skin and makeup looks so much better. No hair does not grow back more coarse, that is a fallacy. I use a men’s razor

It’s this! I always get asked if this works all the time and yes it does work. I will say it takes a while to do your legs, but it definitely works. It’s much easier when you do smaller areas like your armpits and your bikini line. Also, you need to be consistent!

This is what I do every time I put my makeup on so I never get creasing period. Before I did this I used to get such creasing and dry eyes.

UNDEREYES:
for the under eyes, I use that balm and then I apply just a little bit of concealer at the inner corners of my eyes and then I blend it out. Then I use the dry sponge, dab it in the powder, but then rub the powder into the sponge on the back of my hand and then dot underneath my eyes. That’s key!
